We made our reservation for 6pm Sunday-6pm Tuesday. The shop called us to let us know that they would be closed by 6pm and offered that we could pick it up earlier - great! really appreciated the heads up! However, we didn't realize that picking it up early meant we had to drop it off early on Tuesday, which completely messed with our plans. Otherwise, the process was very smooth and the staff was kind.

The van that I rented had a full gas tank. I traveled, however 30 miles or so and when I filled up the tank, it took 5 gallons of gas. So the vans gas gauge is inaccurate.

You charged me $15 for insurance which I never signed up for as far as I know. It's not worth my time however to go back and deal with this.

Honestly, this is the BEST uhaul location I’ve ever come across. I’m terrible with names (is it Kevin who helped me?) but the designated uhaul gentleman was so unbelievably accommodating.
He knew his stuff. He suggested another trailer for my load. I’m so grateful for that suggestion! It was the right call.
I think this uhaul location differs because I felt cared for and felt like they were accountable for fulfilling my request. (As should be the expected experience, in my humble opinion.)
In CONTRAST (not this location), historically I always felt uhaul was a 50/50 shot, no matter the reservation or circumstance or phone calls.
This place rocks, man. It’s 20 mins out of my way but I’m only renting through them, if possible.
10/10 all day.

Truck was not clean with minor cosmetic damage. Doesn't seem like there's any system in place where the vehicle is looked over between rentals.

The back of the pick up truck was dirty. Had to take back to my house and sweep it out and take a few shovels of dirt out. Couldn’t use it the way I picked it up. I used it to pick up a pool table and the back was dirty

Arrangements made to pickup
Trailer at Kingston Pa location.
Had to go to Dalton instead.
Was at Kingston store day before to pick up additional moving supplies and decided I would confirm trailer order.
It was only then that I was made aware of the change.
However I was able to pick up day before at no charge to compensate for inconvenience.
On a very positive note , the manager at the Kingston Pa facility (Stacey) is excellent at customer service and has an excellent command of your service and product lines.
I hope she is adequately rewarded by corporate for her performance.
