The equipment was clean. Trailer lights blew the running lights fuse in my truck twice. Used my equipment trailer the next day w/o an issue so I think it's your wiring. It is missing a “D” ring for tie down on the right side. We secure our loads so that was problematic. 2 tires are substandard for the winter roads here. Tread at tge wear bars. Worst piece of equipment since the UHaul rental I had with a broken spring. Very disappointing. Not the location's fault. Happy Holidays

The whole experience was great. The only issue was when I dropped trailer off they were closed due to holiday. I tried to due the mobile drop off but it sent a verification code to my home email. I then tried from home but it asks to verify my location and of course I was not in the correct location. the sales associate at Dalton Mountain was awesome and very helpful.

If they can smooth that out, that's the only issue I had with the whole situation on where it's gonna be and when...

I was charged $8 for insurance that I did not want. When I emailed Uhaul, they showed me that I signed for coverage which is not clear as to the line above it rejecting this service.

I was forced to use this location due to the fact that your Colebrook NH location didn't return a phone call messages. I ended up having to travel an extra 80 miles just for a 6.5 mile move! When I called to complain your reservation specialists didn't care, so my experience wasn't the greatest! Dalton Motorsports had nothing to do with this they were great to work with!

I had to stop every 2 hours and replace the ratchet straps that were supposed to hold the car on. They would loosen up. Once I stopped and both straps were completely off. After 3 days into the trip they started to hold. The trailer lights stopped working with 500 + miles to go. (I think that may have been the truck which was far worse than the trailer.) Her is a gem U-Haul wanted the trailer back 24 hours before the truck. How is that supposed to happen. I could figure out how to make the trailer arrive before the truck. Pay a little more for Penske it's worth it

Truck had snow and ice all over it. The wipers didn't work and there was no washer fluid in it. Also the parking lot was a dangerous sheet of ice that caused me to take a bad fall, hurting my back and left arm.

Truck I was given the passenger side door did not open. And the steering was way off it was so bad I almost hit another car because I had to over correct it so much

The Uhaul business is a secondary business at this location. The gentleman who hooked up the trailer was great.; the others provided the necessary service but did so as if it was a bother. I recommend the location only because there are limited other choices.

I was charged for 3 days from U-haul instead of 2, by the way the rental worked out, Sunday & Monday, Dalton is not open on Sunday, but because I picked it up late Saturday U-haul charged me for 3 days. I called U-haul and spoke to Vickie and it was quickly resolved, a 2 day rental. Lisa at Dalton was great to deal with too!

It just upsets me that I reserved on-line, 30 days in advance, for a trailer at my local U-haul Jericho Motors Sports in Berlin, NH, and I get called 3-days before I am to pick up the rental that I have to drive to Dalton Mountain Motor Sports in Lancaster, NH to pick it up. This is (2) 60-mile round trips to now get and return the trailer. Added time constraints/work schedule conflicts, and added travel expense incurred. Not happy.

make sure things work easily like overhead door. the one i got took two guys to get open. the radio did not work. the fuel door should be marked on the gauge to indicate fuel door side .the one i got was not correct. the oil was two quarts low .i should not have to even check it but i .dont want the next person to have these issues.

Like almost every other trailer I have ever used the lights did not work when I picked it up. The extension cable connections were all corroded. I used some scotchbrite on them which fixed them but I shouldn't have to do that. You need to buy done dielectric grease. They also didn't set the correct drop off location and I had to call myself to change it. They didn't ask me up front where I wanted to drop it and then printed they paperwork before I noticed. They said they would change it and they never did. More time on my end to fix it.
