Tow dolly right side strap kept loosing up. Had to stop multiple of times to re apply or tighten up even more.

I was given a set mileage and return date. The dispatcher didn’t know what the rate was per mile if I went over the allotted mileage. He said probably 80 cents. He did give me 30 extra miles which was really nice. At returning I was charged $1 per mile and also $20 for returning it the literal day I was told to return it because it was “after hours”. That feels like a scam to me
