When we reserved the trailer, we specifically told them that we needed a 2-inch ball as ours was 2 1/8-inch ball. When I arrived to pick up the trailer they did not have a 2-inch ball. The UHaul gentleman gave us one from his truck. We dropped the trailer off a day early and did not receive a refund for the extra day we paid for.

I was surprised to see a $20 charge for "after hours" drop off. Why? Also, the slot to drop the key in when you drop off after hours is not wide enough for the key fob to actually fit through. I left it in one of the open boxes with combination. The truck was very nice
Gary BEverything was perfect, from the pickup (quick and easy, friendly staff, information and helpful. Price was clearly indicated and same as i was quoted) drop off location, though closed, was clearly marked where the uhaul key drop was (parked it by the other uhauls, several hundred feet from the initial building, they have a large property!) 10/10, everything was great. Was fun to WIND DOWN the window, everything analog and "old school" but well maintained and she gave me no issues on the hour plus drive!
Jacob RTow dolly right side strap kept loosing up. Had to stop multiple of times to re apply or tighten up even more.
James SI was given a set mileage and return date. The dispatcher didn’t know what the rate was per mile if I went over the allotted mileage. He said probably 80 cents. He did give me 30 extra miles which was really nice. At returning I was charged $1 per mile and also $20 for returning it the literal day I was told to return it because it was “after hours”. That feels like a scam to me
