The only bad thing was I requested an appliance dolly and told they've never carried one. Just a heads up if you are moving an appliance to try and get a dolly elsewhere.

Matthew TThe tow dolly I reserved, for a one way trip, did not have working lights. I was forced to take a tow dolly that I had to drive 8 hours to return. This is my 3rd tow dolly rental from U-Haul. I will never rent from U-Haul again. If this is the way you treat people who rent tow dolly's, I can;t imagine what would happen if I rented a truck. How hard is it to make sure the equipment is ready to rent, when you accept a reservation. YOU HAD ONE JOB, AND FAILED.

Dean PI was over charged for fuel. The fuel was almost empty when we got the truck, we went 28 miles, added 3 gallons of gas and were charged $55.00 for refueling. ???
ERIC HThis location was amazing they got to the bottom of the damage and talked to the pick up location about the damage I mentioned. Pick up location told drop off location he KNEW there was damage to the truck and he didn’t mark it as non useable

RICHARD CIt needs an oil change and the battery the battery is low and I'm not sure if it was for the key and it could have been swept out first or vacuumed other than that everything is fine

Erica BTrailer had a light out but worked great. Uhaul as a company sent me on a wild goose chase to get the trailer initially which was disappointing.
Christopher KKnock the snow off before pick up, add the hidden fees of a dollar a mile over 60 miles when the location for pick up and drop off are at 80 miles (that was ridiculous) Put some snow tires on the trucks as well.
Stevie WThe vehicle was fine, but I was charged for an extra day and for miles I didn't drive. I believe at least the extra day has been refunded, but this has not hit my bank account yet.

Charity DAbsolutely disgusting and was never cleaned including windshield and had broken cup holders and smashed m&ms in the seats. This was the worst rental ever

Carmen BUhaul can work on giving refunds in a timely manner. The cost should have been no more than 35$ I was charged 60 and I still have not been credited the difference

BRANDON IThe truck wasn't in very good shape -the front seat was broken down and made the driver have to lean uncomfortably. Would benefit from a truck with the less wear and tear. Given the lack of secure reservations, I wouldn't recommend uhaul unless there was no other option.
RANDALL NThe app is always a challenge when checking out, but I can't see how to improve it. It's better yhan it used to be. Dalton Mtn. Motor Sports is convenient, everyone courteous and efficient.
ROB CChecked out a trailer on Saturday with Richie. Returned it Sunday morning. No one said Hey we are closed on Sundays. They used a fork lift to put the thing on the truck. HOW am I getting this off?! My BF had to jerk his truck and GUN it to get the damn thing off. I called UHAUL prior to see if there was an OPEN location for drop off. They said they would charge me for a different drop off location. Really?! IM doing YOU a favor but IM getting charged. NO!! Dropped that thing right there. See ya !!!! THEN they have the audacity to charge me for TWO days for my ONE day rental. I had to call SEVERAL times to get my money back for the 2nd day and i STILL got charged an extra $7.95 for insurance I never signed up for. Rep said she would dispute it for me. I DOUBT anyone will call. NEVER again. I'll stick with Home Depot rentals. THANKS.

William LRichard was excellent helping me with my reservation, special equipment and ensuring everything was coordinated for me as I had a complicated long distance move with a 26' truck and needed to haul two motorcycles. The truck drove easily, and his instruction on removing and hooking up the trailer worked perfectly for me. Thank you Richard for making this recent adventure a great one!!

David HThe abs lights were on the whole time along with the traction control. I took a video and pictures. then the windshield was cracked when I picked it up. The guys working there said oh well we will eventually get it fixed. The van was so dirty. The van kept pulling to the left and when I told the guy when I returned he said that’s too bad. He didn’t even offer to cut the rental in half. Honestly I’m going to tell everyone to avoid this place. I had a way better experience at enterprise truck rental than here. I’m in such disbelief.

Chester EI see equipment in better condition in most other U-Haul locations, but I guess they take what they can get. This one did have what I needed and was only a few miles from my residence, so location could not really have been better. Yes, I would recommend Dalton Mountain Motorsports in Lancaster NH for other U-Haul rental needs.
