If you advertise that you are open at 10, you should be there at 10. One of the other customers (who I was waiting with outside the locked door) had to go around to the mechanics in the ajoining building to ask about opening. While he was able to call the owner/manager, the mechanic was told that he would not be in for another hour -- that was at 10:12am. The mechanic was able to give me the key to the van I was renting, but was not able to help the other customer who was renting a trailer. He had to go away and come back after 11am. It all turned out okay for me, and the van was in great shape.

JUNE MThis trailer was given to me and not working. I could not haul it back and he also gave me the wrong one!!! I refuse to pay for this. He was late for pick up which made me late for what I needed the trailer for. Location was in very poor condition. Not organized. Didn’t even know how to check me out properly. I even told him the drop off location. He gave me the price!! I sent the location to his phone. We discussed drop off differently. This location needs to be checked on how they do things. Because it’s not properly. I had fuses blow in my car when I hooked up and didn’t know till I was pulled over by state police for no running lights. This overall was a disgusting and poor experience. I refuse to pay this and wouldn’t recommend this location if it was the last one in the state

I am disappointed U-Haul didn’t notify me that I may need an adapter to connect trailer to my truck. You had year a model of my truck. Wasted 40 minutes finding an adapter.

MICHELLE LOn rainy days, where the trucks are parked, there are some deep puddles and my feet got a little wet as it was dark and I didn't see them. They could use a light or two where they have the trucks parked - HOWEVER - the truck was clean, the keys were easy to find, and everything went as expected.
