I was so grateful to the kind, efficient, friendly lady who greeted me and helped me check out my rental. While I was prepared to do a mobile pick-up, she made it so much easier -- and put me at ease. I needed to pick up at 9am, and the website said this location would not be open until 10am. She said she is always there by 8am, so that's good to know for next time. She was kind, informative and got the job done. She was also there when I returned the vehicle and all I had to do was give her the key. The vehicle was clean and modern. I was so grateful to U-Haul and to this wonderful lady.
Elizabeth GThere was nowhere to park, So I parked in the grass, and had to squeeze the truck in a tight space. The lockbox was jammed and really hard to get open.Like it was just muddy and junky.
Sophia Bno where to park, no attendant without looking. I double checked everything and took photos. no issues once i parked it.
BERT WThis drop-off location is located inside an auto maintenance paint shop. So beware of that but the associate was friendly.
