STEPHEN LLocation is short staffed (only one person to operate the gas station and the U-Haul desk)
REINHARD WI waited a few minutes in line at the front counter which was the counter for the gas bar, the U Haul desk needs to be better identified, as it was hidden behind gas bar products. Otherwise the service was good.
YVES RHalf day rental pricing. Either half day or full day I mean. As well advertising is 1.09 a km but when you pay it's in miles, 1.744....its a bit misleading when you think you're paying for one and it's another. The guy dealing with me was great to explain why the amounts were different and what I was going on with the billing.
WILLIAM TI have no issue with D&M Service station. They are awesome and deserve 5 Stars. The Uhaul call center are useless, confused and do nothing except screw things up with misguided information. When I reserved and was guaranteed the 5'x8', with email confirmation, Uhaul called and said it was now unavailable and that I would be credited a $50 reservation guarantee to my account. No credit, poor corporate support to customers and empty promises.

MARK ADealing with the location was fantastic. However, the overall U-Haul experience this was very poor not only did they lose my truck the day before. I'm supposed to go but alsoI screwed up my reservation and canceled and took me out of the original 1 from 2 weeks prior to.

Victor BVehicle was not available at the time I had it booked. Had to wait 30 minutes past my booking time to get vehicle. Vehicle was not cleaned after prior renter. I wasn't terrible but could have been better. Vehicle had check engine warning light on (tire monitoring system error) for entire time of my rental

WILLIAM EI actually book this at a different location closer to me, but due to it being a holiday U-Haul had me pick up 47 km away. Your computer system should not have let me book it for my location if it knew it was a holiday and my location would be closed. Thank you.

DENIS HWhen I arrived my rental was cancelled and was not showing in the system. U haul had called the day prior and moved my rental to this location yet, did not call to cancel the reservation. The folks at this location were so nice and accommodating, U haul on the other hand does. Or have their priorities correct. This is such an important part of the reservation process, actually fulfilling your agreements! UHaul needs a comprehensive look at their processes. When you do not fulfill your obligations you leave people who are already stressed in an even more compromised position. At the end of the day, the only way we could make this work was I had to drop this vehicle back at the original location where as my plans had me dropping off in Windsor 40 km’s away. This was another cost to me to take a taxi back. When original estimates and final costs do come true, this is added expense. I rate this location a 5 and Uhaul a ZERO.
