Didn't not check my return truck in, I've been waiting 2 days and the contract is still open, I rented the truck Friday , April 23, at 4:30pm and returned the truck Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 1:30 pm...The customer service was very poor, unprofessional and no one there knew what they were doing.RODERICK M.

Returned truck with more fuel than had in it when rented, still charged $28 for additional fuel. I have a picture of the gas gauge when I picked up to prove. I don't appreciate the additional charge. Other than that no issue.Belinda B.

I was never able to directly speak to the person to turn in the truck, ended up going 3x to attempt the return. I forgot my hat inside the cab. When I inquired about my hat I was told no one had touched the truck, yet the truck was parked in a different area than where I had originally dropped it off at. I was scrutinized and the personnel wore no mask coverings. No professionalism. Horrible experience.NOEMY H.

Upon arriving for my reservation, which I had already checked in online to pick up, I was told that their system had already shut down for the day. I then told them that i had it reserved and checked in for pick up already and didn't really even know if I needed to speak with anyone but didn't want to just take off with the equipment. After getting the run around for quite some time they finally called someone who got my reservation ready to go and was able to leave. While on my way to return the equipment the next day I got a call from them saying hey we apparently gave you the wrong equipment and the equipment you received was of higher value. I told them that had nothing to do with me and was their mistake, I will not pay extra for an error you made.. would not recommend. Very poor service.Amanda W.

She was very helpful, I online booked it for shepherd Texas at Mike treasure but he didn't have or even try to get the uhaul truck and trailer, so called the Cleveland Texas location and she went and pick up what I needed.Tammy W.

Unfortunately the younger kid who was there when I dropped off didn't speak English well so I asked about the mileage being wrong or how I could show him the picture I took of my trip odometer and tell him about the problems the truck had during my trip and he just said â€œyou ok you can go nowâ€.jake F.
The only problem we had was the windshield wiper came of and almost caused an accident because it was raining pretty hard at the time. We had to pull over and finally got it back on.Cynthia W.

When I arrived for pickup there were two employees present. I told them I was there to pick up a trailer I had reserved on line. One employee looked at my paper and started to hook up an open trailer. I told him that I was supposed to get a van, so they hooked up the van. They could not get the lights to work for some time. Another person came up (who I presumed to be another employee) and started working with the lights. The other two employee just walked away. After this man had worked a while, I said "you have two more 6X12 trailers over here could we try one of them". His reply was "I don't know, I don't work here I just stopped by to see about some tires". He worked several more minutes and got the lights working. The two employees never returned. He told them that the lights were now working and they told me that I was ready to go. I did a check of everything and found that one safety chain was not even connected, only one safety chain and the break chain. I hooked the other chain up myself.Billy B.

They weren't open on time. Tire mechanics hooked me up. The office never opened while I was there. I needed boxes and blankets, but couldn't get any because the mechanics didn't have access to the Uhaul office. They had me turning my lights on and off, and let me leave without running lights. This location was only a pickup location for a replacement truck which uhaul better have inspected the truck this time. The lady in office was really helpful. But somehow we lost our original 12 day rental so we had to turn in our truck 3 or 4 days earlier than planned.CONNIE S.
