Unprofessional staff. I had two rentals reserved two weeks in advance. Upon arriving for the first rental, a truck was not available and we were told we were at the wrong location. The reservation was at "Mi Raza" in Cleveland, TX which has second location NEXT DOOR and the rent out Uhauls at BOTH locations. When I complained about a truck not being ready, I was told to go somewhere else. The second reservation was for a few days later at 8 AM. The business didnt bother to opeb until 830 and the truck was not road ready. Each time the truck was junk. They run extremely poorly. This was the first and last time I will use Uhaul.
