The owner was super helpful. I didn't know where to go into the building to ask for help, but I was able to call and he directed me where to go. My only suggestion would be some signage near the pickup area to point people to the front door.

The storage unit was very clean and climate controlled. Friendly staff were available to answer questions or take payments. They have carts available to use for easy moving of items. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing storage! Also, anyone needing movers, Big Franks is the way to go! Much cheaper than other places and very efficient!

Everything always works well, and pricing is just below the competition making D&H more desirable. The only issue is the facility (inside and outside) could be cleaned up from years of cobwebs, weeds, etc. Where other facilities are more expensive, they are also more desirable in appearance.

I am not a fan of how U-Haul does business. I picked a truck and a location & time. A day later they switched the location on me that’s a mile away because the one location I picked didn’t have the truck. Good business would drive that truck to the original picked by customer, not U-Haul. Instead they switch the location, charge me $20 for having to do outside of store hours and then try to add another $30 for gas convenience, not too mention pay for 50 miles of gas when I only drove 15-20. It’s a rip off. And on top of it when they changed my pickup location they screwed up my pickup time and I almost lost my reservation. Terrible experience. And then my truck smelled like stank weed.

They are out to rip people off. This is not your trusted u haul. Their app is faulty and now they keep raising the bill after the fact with manufactured issues.

Connie and Julie were always kind and accommodating. I'll miss them. The only reason I moved out was the building I was storing items was rented to a single client. Otherwise, I would have continued my rental agreement. Peace, Dan Unruh

Signs could be put up to tell people driving into building to pull back or over so that when someone else comes (as was me) can get in.

Very good customer service. I had access every time that I needed it. I stored a car inside, heated, no pests, very clean. The price went up 25% from last year, which wasn’t expected and I’m not sure why there was such a big increase. Overall well run facility. I have also stored a camper outside with no issues.

My equipment application was placed a month prior to my move. My preferred rental pick up location was nearly two hours away from the confirmed pick up location of which I was not informed of until 2 days prior to my move! Extremely dissatisfied.

Reserved at one location. I get there and was told the guy didn’t return the truck. I was sent to another location. I get to other location and they weren’t open. No one bothered to tell me that they would not be open for another hour. The lady I did deal with at the new location was very nice. I would recommend her. But the inconvenience of the situation was quite frustrating. I would have expected some kind of discount for the situation because the inconvenience was caused by U-Haul but was not offered anything.

Helpful staff. Car hauler equipment however did not fit my standard pickup so I had to make other arrangements. Car hauler trailer lights were not operational which created an issue for our planned night driving. Delayed our trip and caused a late drop off. Also, when dropping off the rental truck I was informed the vehicle ID was different than what was recorded on the rental agreement.

This was not our preferred location. Our preferred location did not have the proper equipment. Agent at this location was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

I had reservations for a 5x8 trailer for weeks. The morning of, I was told I was "upgraded" to the 6x10. 1. I didn't feel comfortable with something that big. 2. My little 2003 Toyota Highlander is not meant to haul something of that size. 3. I specifically asked if the 1 7/8 ball was still ok, she said yes. Well it clearly wasn't safe. We no longer got on the highway and had to turn around and go get a different ball and go back there and switch them out. This put us behind about an hour. 4. This thing was double the size I needed and cost me double in has which was not in my moving budget. Overall, I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never use Uhaul again and I plan to share this experience with everyone I know. Oh and because of putting is behind schedule, we hit all the big cities at rush hour and wasn't able to get to our hotel until 11:30 pm. I'm glad the thing has been returned and pray I don't need a new transmission now. Thanks Uhaul

The parking lot and entrance were so poorly maintained that our car got a flat tire driving into the lot at a normal rate of speed. The cost of the repair was three times that of the rental.

Truck was 4 hours late, leaked, had less then 1/2 tank gas and did not have that I had paid for a mattress cover ahead of time.
