No staff available to assist with hooking up the trailer, specifically, lifting it on the hitch.
Anthony DThe pick up went well except that the U-haul system was down. It took the employee of the center a long time and then had to call into u-haul to have the transaction go through- the u-haul system operator also had issues. Not sure if that happens often. Not a big deal but a delay in the pick-up. Trailer was great..
