The manager is friendly. Unfortunately, this is rural TX…so this is the only local business renting u-hauls in a 30 mi radius. The wrong key for the truck was left the first Saturday we tried to pick up our reservation…so that move day was a FLOP!! Inconvenienced 2 relatives who drove in 3hrs and 1.5 hrs to help me move!!…had to reschedule for 2 wks later…had to extend staying in my apt and extend the utilities 2 more weeks. Quite a nightmare!!

I was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee when I cleaned the truck minus the crumbs on the floor board. I am not cleaning anything that touched a strangers mouth... Looked like I was also charged for 3 extra miles after telling them where I was going and coming from. Appears that uhaul wants to make a little extra on your way out.

DANIEL BFor the second time, I was charged a cleaning fee when I brought in a clean vehicle. The first time I returned the truck in the exact same condition as I got it. The next time I decided to test them so I cleaned the interior before returning it. Swept the back and even used a leaf blower to get the dust. I was still charged a cleaning fee.

HAROLD HExplain to your resellers the difference between a furniture dolly and a utility dolly. Reservation# 29741771 - I reserved a utility dolly (hand truck) and appliance dolly. At pickup, I was issued an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. The rep told me that was all he had available and I could take it or leave it.
