The location was closed for business the morning that we arrived to pick up the truck. No one was available to even answer the phone. U-Haul should have known that the location was not going to be open and should not have booked our rental at this location. This delayed the start of our moving and resulted in additional cost since we had hourly helpers waiting. Additionally, we were charged for a late return on the truck.

heather sThe manager is friendly. Unfortunately, this is rural TX…so this is the only local business renting u-hauls in a 30 mi radius. The wrong key for the truck was left the first Saturday we tried to pick up our reservation…so that move day was a FLOP!! Inconvenienced 2 relatives who drove in 3hrs and 1.5 hrs to help me move!!…had to reschedule for 2 wks later…had to extend staying in my apt and extend the utilities 2 more weeks. Quite a nightmare!!
Mary DI was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee when I cleaned the truck minus the crumbs on the floor board. I am not cleaning anything that touched a strangers mouth... Looked like I was also charged for 3 extra miles after telling them where I was going and coming from. Appears that uhaul wants to make a little extra on your way out.
