It all went perfectly but for the future it's snowy winter this time of year here in Nova Scotia and I really would have preferred to have a vehicle with winter tires available! I would have paid extra for that.

1st trailer has broken lights and lights stopped working on the 2nd trailer halfway through the trip. Staff were very helpful however.

I reccomend better correspondance regarding a grace period for drop offs. I have experienced extremely poor weather and slow traffic conditions while returning my trailers. I allowed plenty of extra time and still felt under pressure to return on time to the minute. This could be highlighted in your text messages.

Truck was coveted in snow, attendant let truck run to melt snow at my expense....driver's windshield washer was frozen, tires on the back with little tread. Had to wait while 'trainee try to figure out how to fill out the form

There was snow on the windshield. The snow wasn't scraped off. The truck had only quarter tank of gas in it. The gas station was busy and therefore the attendants couldn't provide timely service to UHaul customers. The time taken from the moment I stepped into the office to actually getting on the way took an hour. This cut into my moving time and affected the move.

They do not give accurate information . I paid a cash deposit was told would get cash back when i dropped the truck off. Drop location was closed had to pay a cab to go back monday to find put information given was wrong . They do not give cash back a cheque has to be mailed from uhaul. What made me even more upset i has to travel 45 mins farther to get the truck because it wasnt at location i requested which cost me an extra 20.00 . Over all would not recommend uhaul

I was forced to pay a late charge after I was told by one of your customer service representative to not leave the keys in the drop box I was told I had to wait to hand them to a person to complete the equipment return

Most awesome service ever ,had our truck booked for wed -sat returned early on Thursday ,no issues happy to return early as a busy weekend ,would be honoured to recommend to my friends ,thanks u haul ,and best part we changed our reservation from a cargo trailor to truck with no issues ??

The truck I got had a driver side wiper blade that needs replacing and there was no wiper fluid at all. I recognize I should maybe have checked this but when one rents a moving truck, one can be in mid move and have a lot on their mind. The last hour of my drive in the truck was less than optimal with a smudgy windshield. The loading ramp was a bit sticky at one point tho at other times it was fine.

New employee..still wearing "trainee" badge. Name was Dillon/Dylan? not sure of the spelling. He was extremely helpful. I was returning truck early and he wasn't sure what to do but went through the process professionally and saved me making a trip back the next day to return the truck. Greatly appreciated . I have tired to cancel the online order for trailer tow start kit, but it still shows on my account. I have been charged for it. I talked to someone on the phone t the 1-888 number and they said they would make sure it was canceled. I hope it was canceled. The kit shows online for 32.95 and I paid double that at the rental location , why?

Your km rate is very high so I was taken aback by the overall cost to rent one of your trucks. I would probably do things different next time I was in this situation. It would have been much cheaper to borrow a truck or trailer and make a couple trips.

Mileage wasn’t logged on system correctly from previous hire which caused me to be charged for 130km when only around 50 km, girls in store very helpful especially Nicole, however service reps on the phone not at all helpful took 3 calls to rectify and Nicole investigating. Overall good service at point of hire and extremely poor at call centre, staff didn’t even know that u-haul has a Facebook page!!!

I was charged for furniture moving pads and a dolly which I did not ask for or receive. I said in my last interaction that I wanted a refund for the charge and was told I would be contacted in 48 hours and I haven't been.

The location itself was not a problem. Some of the staff are pretty poorly trained, though. I went to pick up my van on Thursday night at the booked time and was told that "the systems were down" so I couldn't pay for my van, so they couldn't rent it to me. This probably shouldn't happen. I had to wait until Sunday, but upon arrival, the van I rented wasn't working properly. This staff was much better trained, and offered to rent me the next largest van at the same price as the smaller one for my troubles. On both visits, there were hiccups in picking up the reserved vehicle.

Paperwork seemed over whelming to the person looking after it. It had to be entered three times. I called to see if the unit was there and it was. Was there for over an hour. Upon returning the trailer, you folks tried to tell me I was late. Tried your chat the night before and no response to my question about return time? The trailer was picked up initially at 11:40 but I left the site at 13:00 with the paper work situation. In my books the trailer needed to be back at 13:00 and not 11:00. Also, I asked to return the trailer to Paris Road but somehow it got changed to Garnet Road? Other than that, trailer was good. No need to publish all this info. Remove what you want.
