The staff was able to help one customer problem solve issues they were having. The staff went above and beyond in helping that guest. The staff was also familiar with my final destination and were able to help me with local services and attractions.

JOHN BI was charged for fuel that did not exist upon picking the equipment up. Ridiculous and no communication, just a charge on my CC.
Chad HOverall, the location was great and the team is very friendly. However, inventory is limited. I reserved a 6 x 12 trailer two weeks in advance. I got a the area manager from the area manager two days before my rental stating he would not have the trailer available at this location. So, i had to make due with a smaller 5x8 trailer. Also, when they modified my reservation, they charged the Safetow insurance when it had been declined on my original reservation. The app would not let me return the trailer when i didn't agree to the price.

steve mI had trouble with the emergency brake (couldn't figure out how to activate it). I called when I realized this would be important during the day and he had no idea about why it wasn't working or what to tell me to do. When my movers arrived, they showed me how to activate it - I just wasn't pulling it up far enough. It would have been nice if the man who rented me the truck could have told me that.

James REasy process. Made the reservation online, went down the next morning (today) and the gentleman there hooked up the trailer for me, explained how to work it, and off we went. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend D&S.

Robert SMy experience was wonderful. I was needing a uhaul to move some things from kodak to lenoir city. I was immediately going to just get a small truck but was asked by Shadow what all I had to move, it wasn't a lot so she recommended just getting a trailer to haul behind my vehicle. They were the most kind people and her brother hooked it up for me and checked to make sure the lights and all were in good shape. They helped me so much and saved me a lot of money which I am very thankful for. I will definitely be using them for my future uhaul needs.
