This is a very busy business, but they take care of their customers. I have rented from them before and will again if the need arise.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStronger bandwidth is needed. When trying to upload pictures prior to leaving establishment the bandwidth just keeps going in circles. At no time was I able to get pictures to upload. I took the pictures manually for my records. This happened at another U-Haul facility as well. Overall, I give this facility a 5 Star. Excellent mechanical vehicle 15’. Individuals knew their jobs. Process paperwork without any issues for me. The same great service when I checked back in the next day. I recommend this facility for all your future moves or transports.
noah cReplace the ratchet and ratchet strap for the auto transport trailer. Got it to work but could definitely use a new assembly being that it was rusty and hard to crank.
Dawson BLady I spoke to was very nice thank you
Joshua CWhile the person we worked with was very helpful, the other person in the office was pretty cranky. When it was explained to me that I’m very lucky to be able to return my trailer at this location and that they are not accepting any more trailers for return because they don’t have the space, I mentioned customers will get pretty upset. The girl said I don’t care if they get mad at me that’s what I’m here for insinuating that she would give it right back to them.. although I felt fortunate I could return the trailer. I envisioned having to go to another location to do so which would have been a tremendous inconvenience. She blamed the problem on U-Haul moving trailers around without getting their approval.
