Easiest drop off ever.
Scott JMy only complaint, and it’s probably my fault. I should’ve washed the inside of the trailer out before hauling a mattress. There was black stains on the mattress and couch from sliding across the trailer floor.

REBECCA HAt the beginning, everything was going well. I rented a 15ft truck for 3 hours, went roughly 85 miles, and returned the truck. Put the gas they said to put in it which was around $19 dollars. In total, I should have been around $165ish yet I was charged for $203, was not provided a receipt, and I can't get anyone on the phone and the location is closed by the time I get off work. So, based on this experience. I would not recommend this location.

RACHEL GPoor. I rented a truck one way. Customer service called to say the truck was no longer available nit they found one near me and kept the price the same for my in convenience. The gas station that gave me the truck changed the reservation to a local costingbme over $100 more. Customer service said that could no longer fix it so now I am out a ton of money I didn't have for this. Never again!

The original reservation I made fell through and the Uhaul representative came through with an alternate with perfect timing - and even though that meant I had to get to my new location right at close, they were friendly and hospitable. Moving is already stressful. All in all, wonderful experience.

Amy HDrop off instructions on the door were old and outdated. They said to put your key in the slot with a copy of your contract. Well the contract is emailed now so that doesn't apply. It wasn't clear where to park the truck. There was hidden parking behind the building that I had to find. Should be more clearly marked.

Cheryl BI would still recommend this location but we were highly disappointed that our uhaul was not prepared with a Utility Dolly, that we paid in advance to be able to use for the day. Instead I had to drive to another location in order to get one. And while I appreciate how it was resolved, I did not like needing to go to the other location as it is a much shadier type of establishment and felt more unsafe as an individual. The man was very nice but his place of work was haunting as a woman alone with kids. Furthermore having to also put said utility dolly in the back of my car was very inconvenient as it was not a prepared spot for a very used dolly. The original location is great. Very open and safe feeling but not having the proper equipment, that was paid for, was very disrupted to our day. Having to pay for the dolly and still needing to use my time and money to get one from a different place, was not okay.

Mildred JWhat a difference a small town makes. My experience here was what I expect from a company like U-Haul. The man who checked in the trailer was very helpful. He even offered to back the trailer into his lot after I had difficulty getting it lined up.

Caleb SLocation was great to deal with. I got a little frustrated with all the calls and texts wanting me to change location prior to pickup. The truck had some mechanical issues which need to be resolved before anyone else uses it.

Patrice JThey don’t have parts for sale there. I had to go to another location to purchase an adapter. Then I needed a 2 1/2 inch ball. The guy installing the trailer gave me his so I didn’t have to leave again. Everyone was really nice though.

Duwane KI drove a 10-foot box truck and a tow dolly and towed a minivan behind the truck for 1300 miles. Good power, brakes, lights, steering. when filling the gas tank and the gas nozzle clicked off I found that I could squeeze 4 more gallons of gasoline into the tank. I filled up 4 times on my trip. I got 12.8mpg, 13.2 mpg, 14,4 mpg and 14.6 mpg.

Eric GI believe that you all are dishonest people who does not outline all the fees and cost upfront. My bill was significantly higher than what I was aware, and I was only given a quarter tank of gas. But expected to bring it back at a half a tank which I did do. You guys are absolute crooks!!.
