The 20 foot truck that I rented was good but would have a lot been better if it had cruise control

Wonderful customer service
Jenny KTruck extremely noisy. Driver's window rattled while open and driving. Truck suspension jarring when hitting pavement flaws. Truck felt as if the cargo area was about to detach itself each time a road bump was encountered. The brakes felt mushy and probably need changing. This is probably not the pick up location's fault.
