There needs to be a proper drop box. Even though the vehicle was dropped off after closing hours, there was no box to drop the key and I had to come the next morning to give the key in, out of fear that it might get stolen and I would be responsible.

The day started off great. My ride to the u-haul pick up was late and as I arrived to pick up the truck. The person in charge of renting the trucks was not there. Twice my time had been inconvenienced. I am a balloon event installer and Time cost money, in which i had to refund my client $400 I am livid. I stated that I did not use the 20 miles that I estimated and yet I have been issued a refund. I am less than 5 minutes away, that is why I chose this location, but I will NEVER rent from that location again. The mileage is entirely to high, if you ask me. Had I knew that rate prior to hand I would have added in my final cost for my client. If a rental location will be close and the key can not be returned that poses another issue. I parked the truck in the same spot that same day and took a picture as proof, if need be. The manager said to call him and we will meet to get the key back and he never responded or returned my text until my child father returned it Monday morning. I lost money and it was not a pleasure experience.
