I picked up with 1/8 gas which is almost on Empty and never got refunded for more than 1/4 tank of gas. Why couldn’t it be full so I can just replace what I have used? Unacceptable

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis place was beyond accommodating to my needs and helped me out tremendously
NEVILLEHYVESTER FGood customer service
Rich AThe passenger seat belt did not work My final bill was incorrect. I was charged for 30 miles when i only drove 6 miles because i failed to take a picture and upload proof if what the mileage was when i took the van. This is a dishonest way to do business. The odometer does not lie and the man working there didn't care. He referred me to call the 1 800 number
Janelle CThe service was good but I didn’t like the mosquitoes in the office.
