DAVE DUCHARME'S AUTO SALES is the best and my favorite place to go whenever I need a Uhaul rental or to buy a used cars! I’ve known David since 2006, when I bought my son’s first car. Since then, I’ve lived in the Lowell area and have never heard anything that could compromise his reputation or his business. On the contrary, I’ve only heard compliments and words of appreciation for the excellence of his car sales and the way he and his son treat their clients. I’m no exception — I’m truly grateful! I highly recommend doing business with them!

None - this was the best truck rental experience I’ve ever had. Was so easy.
Justin JThe description of the trailer was 6x 12’. But unless you go to the details page the ramp opening of 4’9” is not disclosed. Our UTV was about 5’ wide so we could not fit it through the opening. Since we were almost 200 miles from where picked it up we had to exchange the for another one at another local U-Haul center that charged us over $500 for an exchange to a usable trailer. This is a classic small print scam and request these added fees be refunded

MIYANG ATerrible communication about the duration of my reservation, I specifically booked with the extended multiple day pricing, they proceeded to give me only 24 hours, and did absolutely nothing to accommodate or communicate anything at all. No advanced notice call, no additional email after the first confirmation over a month ago. No email stating it was a 24 hour rental.

ALECIA MOwner of the facility called me ahead of time to ask when I would be stopping by. I told him I would be there when they opened in the morning but wasn't in a rush....so that if we was a few minutes late it would be fine. He responded with "I am always on time and work to never be late.".....so I thought that was awesome. Truck was clean and almost brand new, and the dolly and blankets I'd ordered on line were in the truck and ready to go. Overall, a great experience with this location and would definitely rent from them again.

JOSEPH CI dropped off the truck on Sunday. They are not open on Sundays, I can't tell the personnel in the location. They send me the final receipt for any additional charges promptly.

CRISTOPHER PThe $25 cleaning fee was an unpleasant surprise that was not disclosed when I was given an initial estimate. Truck was only out 2 hours and used to transport an item in an intact cardboard box. Hard to see how that required $25 worth of cleaning when truck returned.

Chanrithy UOverall, things went smoothly with the rental. The main issue is that the full number of pads I had ordered were not available and the some of the ones they had were damp and mildewy. I was discounted on the cost of pads, which was nice, but besides the unpleasant smell they did leave some wet marks on furniture. As it was second hand furniture it wasn't too big of an issue - but it could be for someone else.
