Of my entire reservation they only had the truck. No utility dolly or blankets that I ordered. It left with a difficult move had to but this useless dolly and the move take almost twice as long. Total lake of care by first representative.

Was told that we would be getting a refund for the day we did not use. I paid in Davenport, FL for 5 days because he said that was standard procedure and that what we didn't use would be returned to us. Also, they gave us a trailer with extensive dry rot on the tire which we had to call assistance for.

Do Not Use This U-Haul Location! I had a very frustrating experience with this U-Haul location, and I would strongly advise against using their services. First off, I had to park about a quarter mile away from the location because they don’t allow parking on their property. That alone was a major red flag for me. But I tried to stay positive and proceed with my rental. I arrived on time to pick up my rental van, but was informed that it wasn’t available because the previous customer hadn’t returned it. Fine, I thought, and returned the next day. When I did, the van was ready, but it had a noticeable dent on the left rear bumper that the staff was unaware of. I made them aware of the damage, took photos to document it, and proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, the van had a low left rear tire, and the warning sensor kept going off even after I had it inflated. It was clear the vehicle hadn't been properly maintained, which is a huge safety concern. Overall, this location’s poor service and lack of attention to maintenance and customer needs make it clear I won't be returning. If you're considering renting from here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

The pick up was great and easy, I extend my rental. I accidentally picked pm instead of am. Got a call this morning, the guy was pretty rude about it, I explained it to him tried to extend it again, but he already. Booked it and said he had to take care of his uhaul customers first. So what am I? Not a paying customer? So once that contract is signed im no longer a valued customer? Didn't even have to to fill the tank, I had to hurry and unload my stuff in a parking lot at a hotel and leave it in the parking lot hoping it wouldn't get stolen, and haul ass to them. He ruined the uhaul experience for me. Im strongly considering never using uhaul again

A representative from the Lake Wilson Store contacted me at 10:30 pm on Sunday evening to inform me that the 26’ foot truck I reserved was unavailable, but a 20’ truck was available. I received a call the morning of pick up that my reservation had been moved to the celebration location. I expressed concern about driving through heavy traffic. Once I arrived at the location, I was informed by the operator that I could only have a 20’ unit at this location. Why did I drive an additional 30 minutes in traffic to get the smaller unit that I could have gotten five minutes from home? My reservation was then moved 40 minutes away to another davenport location. The finals location was nice, and lady behind the desk was very friendly. The customer service center was absolutely terrible, and provided berry few options to cover their mistakes. I will never rent a U-Haul again.

Needed my deposit money. They could not give me any information on it . I worked my butt off making sure that it was cleaner then the way I received it. They didn't even look at it. Still waiting on that 100

First, I have to move my car far away cause I’m not allowed to leave it there cause it’s allowed a lot of food trucks that’s what the gas station owner told me and I left it in the leaves. It’s not safe and I was keep thinking about the car and I walk When I return the truck I walk back. This is weird is never happened to me in different location.

I only used the van for 1 1/2 hours, requested 5. Drove only 19 miles. The gas tank needle was just below 7/8 th tank, I put in $10.00, just over 3 gallons but I was charged a $4.75 fuel charge. I called to dispute this and was given all kinds of excuses. I will never use this location again and never recommend this location to anyone. Very unprofessional.

I’ve called and made a complaint, but the assumed owner was completely unhelpful and very difficult to work with. No help unloading the trailer, at first not even wanting to accept the trailer and the list goes on.

I rarely rent U-Haul but in the past never had a truck that smelled of exhaust door did not open completely from a previous accident. I did not feel safe going on the expressway because it would take everything the engine had to go the speed limit on the road

Truck was filthy inside with food crumbs all over, the outside of the truck was very beat up with drivers door hard to open because of a dented fender

The van was dirty with big gob of hair in it dog hair all over the seats then I spoke with the place that rent the van and I was told it. Was nothing they could do I would have to call U-Haul directly they don’t clean there vehicles

The representatives were unhelpful and disrespectful. One rep at the store tried to charge me an additional fee to unattached the auto transport. Then, I called and ask for the Supervisor Lucette was her name. She was rude and hung up on me mid conversation without resolving my issue. Horrible experience and wouldn’t refer the company nor location.

Following the address information that was text to me by U-Haul it takes you to wrong place. Called # and guy said it’s correct and he only had limited spaces and was located at a chevron garage. Customer service was terrible when at drop off location.
