Fulfilled their offers because inside the truck they offered a $25 discount for returning the truck clean, and I returned it clean, but they didn't give me the discount.

PEDRO PI rented a 20-seater truck. The first one was dirty and full of oil and grease in the driver's cabin. It was impossible to drive without getting your clothes dirty. I returned to the store and the lady who helped me immediately replaced the unit with another one without any problem. The treatment was very kind and friendly. They are well located. I recommend them 100%.

William IThe truck I originally rented was behind another truck. I had to wait for them to move the truck in the front after I offered to just take the one up front. She said no she'd move it. I assumed that meant it was either rented or too hard to change reservations. Then when she went out to move it she offered that truck to me. When we went back to sign the new contract she informed me that the truck I originally signed for had 3/4.tank. Whilest this one only has 1/4 tank. I said that was okay. She said no. Then nevermind if I was sure she'd let me rent it. I got into it and down the highway to go to the gas station to realize the engine light was on and I called 3 times for no answer and left a voicemail with no call back.

Pauline ECustomer service was terrible at this location. I felt like an inconvenience to the employees at this location. When I dropped off the van and rented items I was ignored by the employee behind the counter. When I said hi and asked if I needed to do anything I got a rude look while she continued to smoke her vape and play on her phone. She finally said “you’ll get a receipt when I check it in” then continued to ignore me as if anything else was more important than her job. The gas station the location is housed inside of is in poor condition and had me scared to even pick up the van I rented. This also reflects on how the vehicles have been maintained. While the van I rented had less than 5,000 miles on it you can tell it was definitely in need of some attention. The drive was clunky even though I was careful with it. The tire pressure light was also on the dash as it was not recognizing the right rear tire as though it had been improperly replaced. I understand this is a third party location and while I do feel this reflects badly on the U-Haul name it will not stop me from renting with U-Haul. I will just be more considerate in where I choose to rent from ensuring it’s from a true U-Haul store not a 3rd party. If U-Haul is reading this I would consider not allowing this location to be a part of your name any further.

DANIEL MDisappointed that I had to hook up my own motorcycle trailer, and then was billed for an after hours service fee for the trailer I returned the same day. I received an invoice that was dated Wednesday 8/27/2005 at 11:25 AM, which claimed i returned the trailer on 8/28/2025 at 10:00 PM??? Contract# 88669219. I attempted to talk to manager to address and was not treated respectfully. I will no longer utilize this UHaul facility in the future. I am a long term and dedicated customer who expects more for my Uhaul experience.

LENIN AWe did rent a Uhaul truck for my moving purpose but I am disappointed for the mechanic maintenence for all rent truck. I got a truck with various mechanic issues. When I called to the office the front person told me to press some button should be go away ..but still have those big issue (my stuff in the truck) took me 3 hrs more extra and almost caused an car accident. When I was telling my situation ( my bad experience) and show the video for all bad mechanic issues and she told me " don't worry I'm not going to charge late fee." I said wow.. I was expecting 50% disc for all trouble... Be careful for the next customer. I have a video to show And I m going to put my Google review. I hope you understand. Y frustration 🫤

KAREN HThis was the worst uhaul experience I’ve yet to come across at this location. 44039 US-27 N Davenport, FL 33897 United States they said I didn’t replace the gas back where it was and I have prove that the gas was back where it was when I returned it and they charged my card for over miles and extra gas
ANTAWUAN FI am writing on behalf of our church regarding a recent charge of $25 to our credit card for the truck rental, citing that the vehicle was not cleaned upon return. I must express our deep disappointment with this charge, as the truck was in fact cleaned thoroughly before being returned. Over the years of rental with U-Haul we have never returned a truck back dirty. We take pride in maintaining the vehicles we rent and ensuring they are returned in proper condition. This charge is not only unexpected but also concerning, as it does not reflect the care and effort we put into returning the vehicle in good order. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location in the future. We hope this matter can be reviewed and corrected.

RAMON GCustomer service was nice. However I did not get everything I reserved. I reserved 4 dollies and they only had one. I asked what happened and was told that equipments are not guaranteed, only trucks our guaranteed it'son a first come first serve. I wind up renting one Dolly and 2 large utility trucks.

ELVIS ROf my entire reservation they only had the truck. No utility dolly or blankets that I ordered. It left with a difficult move had to but this useless dolly and the move take almost twice as long. Total lake of care by first representative.

NILSO RWas told that we would be getting a refund for the day we did not use. I paid in Davenport, FL for 5 days because he said that was standard procedure and that what we didn't use would be returned to us. Also, they gave us a trailer with extensive dry rot on the tire which we had to call assistance for.

SUILY LDo Not Use This U-Haul Location! I had a very frustrating experience with this U-Haul location, and I would strongly advise against using their services. First off, I had to park about a quarter mile away from the location because they don’t allow parking on their property. That alone was a major red flag for me. But I tried to stay positive and proceed with my rental. I arrived on time to pick up my rental van, but was informed that it wasn’t available because the previous customer hadn’t returned it. Fine, I thought, and returned the next day. When I did, the van was ready, but it had a noticeable dent on the left rear bumper that the staff was unaware of. I made them aware of the damage, took photos to document it, and proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, the van had a low left rear tire, and the warning sensor kept going off even after I had it inflated. It was clear the vehicle hadn't been properly maintained, which is a huge safety concern. Overall, this location’s poor service and lack of attention to maintenance and customer needs make it clear I won't be returning. If you're considering renting from here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

ROSETTY OThe pick up was great and easy, I extend my rental. I accidentally picked pm instead of am. Got a call this morning, the guy was pretty rude about it, I explained it to him tried to extend it again, but he already. Booked it and said he had to take care of his uhaul customers first. So what am I? Not a paying customer? So once that contract is signed im no longer a valued customer? Didn't even have to to fill the tank, I had to hurry and unload my stuff in a parking lot at a hotel and leave it in the parking lot hoping it wouldn't get stolen, and haul ass to them. He ruined the uhaul experience for me. Im strongly considering never using uhaul again
