my reservation was at 730 am on 6/20 for a 20 ft truck. when i uber to the pick up place there was no 20 ft truck available they had changed my reservation to 26 ft truck i called and had to go to another store to pick up a different truck making my pick up at almost 830 i had movers with me so i had to pay them an extra hour someone was supposed to contact me and nobody call me yet. the chevron store help me but i need to know who is going to pay the extra hour for the movers
