NGO LDon’t cancel people’s reservations on auto transports so that they have to drive 40 minutes away in the opposite direction they have to go in and by doing so adding an extra $54 to the uhaul truck rented from another location because of the extra 40 minute trip. I can very confidently say I’ll never use uhaul again.

Jose RHave the requested vehicle available at the requested location. This location was not a full U-Haul location and was inconvenient both in distance and hours. Additionally, your check out system was broken and would not accept my payment, resulting in a delay and the wrong card being charged. It took entirely too long to get someone on the phone, they were not able to help me and promised I’d get a call back the next business day which never happened. Overall unimpressed with your customer service. The vehicle I rented worked perfectly for what I needed however.

John OUnfortunately due to a rental car budget location not having charged my card until 2 weeks later o was unaware that my card was maxed out. However, even after they had difficulty reaching me on my phone, they were still very civil and understanding with me. I appreciate their patience and tho I’ve had a negative experience with Dave’s auto in the past regarding working on my personal car I can still say that specifically the uhaul aspect of this location was an excellent experience and I would certainly recommend anyone to go there for their uhaul needs.

DANIEL SIt was so exspensive. I rented a box truck for 4-5 days and it was only 200 dollars. I was charged to damn much. Ridiculous.

William FI had a TERRIBLE experience. I made the reservation online for a one-way move, from a location that was 2 miles from my house, and it showed availability. However, the day before my move, I was sent an email asking me to go 20 miles away to pick up the truck, and it wasn't a one-way, I had to return it to the same location, 30 miles out of the way from my new house. I was charged for 87 miles, when in fact I spent 50 miles just to go out of the way to drop off and pick up the truck, which wasn't told to me at time of reservation. I would NOT recommend u-haul to a friend after this experience.

ARTI Pthe workers at this location couldn't be bothered to check the truck when I delivered it CLEAN. They put things in the truck and claimed that it was my mess. I was charged an extra $40 for this and can't dispute it as they sent a picture of the mess outside of the U-Haul truck. The mess was not inside of it. I'm still in the process of fixing this discrepancy.
