Don't cancel people's reservations on auto transports so that they have to drive 40 minutes away in the opposite direction they have to go in and by doing so adding an extra $54 to the uhaul truck rented from another location because of the extra 40 minute trip. I can very confidently say I'll never use uhaul again.

Car auto garage, nothing fancy, served it's purpose

Jose R.Have the requested vehicle available at the requested location. This location was not a full U-Haul location and was inconvenient both in distance and hours. Additionally, your check out system was broken and would not accept my payment, resulting in a delay and the wrong card being charged. It took entirely too long to get someone on the phone, they were not able to help me and promised I'd get a call back the next business day which never happened. Overall unimpressed with your customer service. The vehicle I rented worked perfectly for what I needed however.
