Was not a good experience. Rental location was stated to open at 9am. I arrived at 8:45 and waited over am hour for someone to provide me the keys to the truck. Called u haul and they could not help me except book a new location, which they then tried to direct me to the Ontario reservation manager, but the line instantly ends with an automatic "goodbye". I manually scheduled for another location and did. In fact the app tells me I have 2 active reservations at this point. So I cancelled the original one and head out to the new location. But the website suddenly cancelled my reservation for the new location. At this point I have 1 cancelled and 1 missing. I tried calling u haul again and they said they are unable to help out assist in booking a new location. I ask them to uncancel the original and they do. I arrive back at this location (David Ann) hoping someone showed up. They said they cannot locate my reservation. Turns out my reservation is now in Arizona. I call u haul again but they once again redirect me to they Ontario reservation manager, which abruptly ends with "goodbye". The app and website has failed me and the staff who were handling the keys could not be liable in handing me there keys. At this point, the truck owner (Ben) finally stepped in and tried to resolve the issue on the booking side of things. I'm unsure what was done or how it was done but at 12pm I finally got the keys to the truck. It's honestly hard to give high ratings since this started due to tardiness, but Ben did manage to help resolve this issue. Truck itself was clean enough. There are noticeable beverage stains and steering wheel has food odor. Steering wheel itself is crooked and when driving is misaligned. Driving experience is good and seems the truck has kept up in maintenance. Improvements: be on time. Appreciate that you helped resolve our issue though. The console and dash needs a good clean.
