No issues with picking the Uhaul up and it ran fine. The truck had over 131000 miles and the roof leaked. I had about a dozen boxes filled with clothes that got wet and a box spring and mattress got wet as well. I had to run to Lowes and buy new boxes to replace to new boxes that I just purchased at Lowe's and repack everything. This added several hours to my day. With such an old truck still in service, the seams in the truck roof need to be sealed properly.

Original order was for a dolly and furniture pads. None of this was in the truck when picked up. The truck was dirty in the cab and the box had wood chuck and sawdust all threw it. The truck was also on empty when picked up.

STEVEN DThe truck was dirty, with dirt and leaves and twigs in the cargo area. The truck leaked when it rained, getting on my belongings. The air conditioning did not work. I paid $100 plus dollars for this. Doesn’t Uhaul inspect their equipment?
chris hThe pickup location for the truck was not technically at the address of the business. The business owns a large block of street space, and the location had a hard time confirming we were in the right place.
Jennie JI needed the truck an extra day and the gentleman at Davies was very courteous, and fortunately for me the return time was not expected until the end of next day. He told me where to park the U-Haul and there was a key drop-off box right there too. Very helpful and accommodating!
Bambi DDon’t charge people for extra days when their rental contract states the exact date of return due.
