Original order was for a dolly and furniture pads. None of this was in the truck when picked up. The truck was dirty in the cab and the box had wood chuck and sawdust all threw it. The truck was also on empty when picked up.

Appliance dolly was not in vehicle, but everything else was excellent, especially customer service when I wanted to extend rental.
Dana HI paid for a dolly and they didn't have one so I had to lift everything and it killed my back. Plus the fumes from driving the truck got us both sick. Do better uhaul
Patrick RHaving the equipment you requested. I do understand they only charged me for a 4x8 trailer and gave me a 5x8 but it would of been nice having the 4x8 vs 5x8
STEVEN DThe truck was dirty, with dirt and leaves and twigs in the cargo area. The truck leaked when it rained, getting on my belongings. The air conditioning did not work. I paid $100 plus dollars for this. Doesn’t Uhaul inspect their equipment?
