David S.God the moving truck and left it there to pick up later that night when I could shuttle a car but they locked gates on the parking lot and I couldn't get it out until late open the next morning. Lost a whole evening of packing because of this. Why wouldn't they see there is a rented u-haul Van in their parking lot and try to contact the person or advise when I told them I was coming back together later that night that they locked the gates at closing around 5

Jeffrey L.We didn't realize that they'd be closed because they're not an actual Uhaul location. Things may have been fine if they were open, but doing it on our own was crazy. The directions on the paperwork to get the after-hours app were wrong. Why does Uhaul give out wrong information??

Mark M.Tires were at 40, 50, 60, 70 psi 70 miles into trip. Tpms warning light kept coming on. Traveled 240mi in 24h due to the slow service when i wanted to drive all 750mi the same day. After the light came on the 4th time after the 2nd tech checked the truck i told them i am done stopping and waiting. I will not be spending over 100 hours for a 13 hour drive. The sensor was faulty so it was as good as having no warning system when a problem actually happens. Was told by regional dispatch manager that it was deemed safe with 565 miles left on my drive so it must be safe for the remainder of the trip surely. I spent countless hours on the phone with no solutions and only lies and broken promises. You need to underpromise and overdeliver. Stop overpromising and underdelivering on every single interaction. I told the agents on the phone while being interrupted constantly that no it is not safe for your average customer to drive with a warning on for the entire trip(potentially thousands of miles in your business). The reason for this is a warning light is there to warn you of a problem so it can be addressed before becoming a bigger issue or dangerous. With a light on permanently its the same as having no warning system. When a problem does occur 500, 1000, 1500 miles down the road you wont be aware of it and it could lead to harm for the driver and others when it becomes worse.

Jim S.The initial experience was a joke. Tried to reserve online and that didn't go well. Call to verify and had to redo it all with a phone agent and within that time the price doubled. I screen shot the initial estimate and they said nothing they could do. They also said to talk with the location and see if they would discount but they already knew they couldn't help and just wanted me off the phone.

ROSS M.This location was wonderful. Uhaul was not. I was not given the pickup or drop-off location I requested, I was not given enough miles to reach my destination, and the gas level recorded before I picked up was about 1/8 of a tank more than what was actually in there. I put more in than I used and still got charged for 4 more gallons. I used to use Uhaul all of the time but haven't rented from Uhaul for years. I see that nothing has changed and renting from Uhaul is still a very frustrating experience. Too bad they are the only game in town. Maybe they would improve if they had a little more competition.
