This location appears to not be a U-Haul dealer. The app permitted returning the truck electronically, but there is no signage and no drop box. After 30 minutes on hold/dealing with customer service, I took the truck to another dealer and left the keys in their drop box, unable to update my rental. This was extremely frustrating.MARK C.

Pick up location was reserved for 8AM and employee didn't show up until 8:30AM. Pick up location did not have all the equipment requested. I requested 3 dozen blankets and only 6 blankets were available. Had to be sent to another location to receive blankets and even then I only recieved two dozen. No receipt was emailed or printed at pick up location. Was told that I was only being charged around 360 dollars and was charged around 450. Vehicle needs an alignment steering wheel needs to be at a quarter turn to keep vehicle straight.James A.

This location shouldn't be renting uhaul equipment. The hours posted are inaccurate, the level of gas given was incorrect but I couldn't even dispute it as the doors were locked behind me as I left. There was no walk through regarding damage, mileage, or gas. Worst uhaul experience I've ever had.Corey R.

I waited in line for 30 minutes at a different location because you did not notify me that I had been moved to another site. When I arrived at the 2nd site, the clerk was not kind and did not listen to what I told her about adding a driver to the truck. Side street location with no parking and kids running loose all over the facility. No one even looked at the truck and were busy doing other things. They said since they had my email, they would send the receipt by email in the next 1/2 hour. That was yesterday, I got the email this morning. Nobody came to the office, too busy in the back with friends I guess. Threw the key on the desk and left. POOR service. Avoid this location like the plague.RICHARD F.

Got there and the business wasn't open, the customer service agent was late arriving. It took them a while to locate a van and then information was taken and given over phone to another person, I assume owner. When I bought the van back, she didn't even check it to make sure it was okay. Which I guess was a plus for me or not. But overall the experience at this U-Haul facility was below average.Sharon L.

Store Owner was almost 2 hours late. I missed my appointment. Store was full of ants and messy. Van was clean, but smelled poor. Store owner showed no concern that they where late and cost me money for a job and hours of driving. This location does not represent Uhaul in a positive manner. One of the driveways to enter the facility was blocked by a landscaping truck. Luckily we were able to fit the truck in the lot when we dropped it off. My son is moving in September. We have always used UHAUL. I was very disappointed in this moving experience.Katie P.

I tried to rent a truck from the bayshore address. They were a--holes, tried to charge me for 2 days and said the rental was a 6 hour rental. Then had the nerve to say you get more flies with honey than vinegar. Will not go back there, I rented trucks there since 2004. The folks on Degarce were nice people, I guess the guys on bayshore are so big they think they can abuse older people.DONALD G.
The woman was very rude and short. She blurted several racial remarks as well as other in her native language that I nor any of the other individuals in the parking lot could understand. I did not do anything to merit this behavior and my race or us living in a "white mans world" has nothing to do with me dropping off a truck. Rude, unprofessional and just over all NASTY!! When I called corporate to complain I was hung up on, speaking to a ria or reba in the port st lucie office. I will never use u haual again nor will anyone in my entire family which is spread out from California to New York to Miami.Janet W.
