Trailer didn't have the tongue jack to lift the front of the trailer for hook up. Actually when returning I noticed none of the trailers had them and that creates a safety issue. There was no wat for me to disconnect the trailer from my truck over night which caused me financial problems. I can't believe a nationwide company is renting equipment in disrepair.
scott kit's okay, the truck was dirty on the inside with the last persons garbage and such. This is a retail outlet so you are basically waiting in line with the retail customers to rent the truck. Convenient location and they let you part your car there.

CRAIG SI dropped the trailer off on a Monday during daytime business hours but the business was closed on Mondays. Signage could be improved at the storefront to indicate that the drop-off point is behind the store. Self check-in/drop-off process was easy. Since the location was closed, I was not inside the location nor did I have any interaction with store personnel, hence my "No" responses to the questions above.
ROBERT SThe number of locations has dropped down. This is less convenient and more costly to us. I tried to talked to someone about changing drop off location and didn't even get a call back

RICHARD LVery disappointed to be reassigned to a new location for pick-up 24 hours prior to the date. New location was 20+ miles away from reserved pick up location. Very poor customer service without explanation or concern for impact.

Greg H1-Get U-Haul's web site moving faster on busy days 2-Have the vehicle's fuel tank full, not 5/8th full. Much easier for the renter to just fill up the tank instead of guessing how much is needed to return with a 5/8th full tank

RON MI was very pleased with the the process of renting a van. The lady was very helpful on the phone reserving the van and she helped me in the process of using my phone in setting up everything. I highly recommend U-Haul!

Steven SYour after hours return application leaves a lot to be desired. It took multiple attempts to try and complete the process using Live Chat and a physical phone call. I spent about 45 minutes trying to complete the process. At one point it crashed and told me to wait and try again later??? As a result of all this difficulty I was late to another appointment. I doubt I will use this process ever again. Kim was good to work with and calmed me down. She did her job very well.
