Very easy pickup and return. I had rented the 15' foot truck for a 2 bedroom..living room a washer and dryer and it was not big enough for everything. They didn't have a bigger truck at this location and I honestly thought it was going to be okay and it wasn't. Other than no bigger truck available everything was good.
