Uhaul needs to reimburse for a truck that couldn't be used.
Gina GThe overall experience with U-Haul corp was a disaster. I showed up at the pick up location and was told the system was down. It then took over 2 hours and 4 different people at U-Haul corp to get the rental started. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get to the right person to allow me to leave with a truck.
Toby CThis spot is located at a store called Dealz for Dayz (Discount and Wholesale) Everything was easy to understand, Amy was extremely easy to work with. The only thing I think would help is if you advertised this private business owners ability to rent out U-Hauls. When you first look up U-Haul they take you to all their main hubs - You should be able to search by location and get any U-Haul dealer just as easy. I was very lucky to find this hidden gem. And while you're there, you might find something else you need. The staff is all very helpful. I've already recommended this place to a friend.
ALEXA ELocation closed when my rental was due for return. Key Dropbox at the back door was not locked so truck keys would not be secured. Had to return the next day to return keys in person, quite inconvenient.
