James Isuper easy and fast, but there is no LTE/5G/4G internet service in the area there for your phone so very hard to use the app.

Jeff HIt would help the customer for the reservation center to know and advise when the pickup locations are closed. I found out on friday Mar.21 that my pickup location would be closed as usual on saturday Mar.22, my scheduled pickup day. They handled it well and gave me an extra day for picking up on friday. it could have been a bad suprise had I not called the pickup location on my own.
Steve HPerson never came out and only spoke to us on the phone once we called. Waited in parking lot for 30 minutes. Pick up was easy though.

DAVID SNo personnel present but soon after the storm, so quite understandable.
MARK SThis doesn't have to do with the location but I lost my home due to hurricane Helene and was told by the main U-Haul offices that I would get 2 days free due to this and I spent hours on the phone going round and round after this because it was never updated in the system and then when I was dropping it off was told I would only get that during the hurricane. I will not rent from U-Haul again after all of this.

TIMOTHY KBurnsville location the representative lady was difficult and overcharged me on the equipment. I felt I was overcharged big time. And then the strap on the left side was faulty it did not hold the tire on the lift. Should get a reduction for this problem. But I didn't get one.
Jade BGreat help! They were wonderful! The only thing I would suggest is that you keep lighting adapters at the location for sale. I didn’t have an adapter and had to drive about 5 miles without lights to purchase one from an auto parts store. Everything else was spectacular including service, attitude and price.
Christiaan RCommunication between area managers and the location was poor not notifying the location one of our rentals was not available for pickup, causing us to loose an entire day, a lot of aggravation, time and money.
HECTOR FAlthough it was after hours, the young woman who was still in the office was very helpful. I was impressed with her kindness and easygoing demeanor as I turned in the truck. Great place!
Roger SWhere to start. Maybe with the super rude girl who told me she didn't have to do my any favors? What? I'm renting a truck! Or the other girl who told me I can't leave my car while I use the truck as it's a liability? What? I'm renting a truck! Or maybe I start with the owners kid blocking me in with his macho truck so I can't exit from the lot. I had to call the cops who threw handcuffs on the boy and officer Cuthall told me I can get him for kidnapping - I kid you not. Or the mother who is just completely off her rocker and runs around in a rage. Or shall I start with the side attraction - the dogs that live in a cage they NEVER leave. What? It is a complete and utter madhouse over there. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Jonnie HShow up to work. The location is manned only by appointment, so I had to return by phone which took 45 minutes because I had to figure out how to reconfigure my phone. The return should have taken 15 minutes.
TERENCE PThere was a tire pressure alert / tire maintenance dash light that was lit when I picked up the truck. The truck smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes inside the cab.
JASON SHad difficulty returning the trailer as U-Haul drop off was closed. They knew I was dropping trailer off at 3:30 pm on a Saturday, but no one was there to receive. I phoned U-Haul and they wanted me to check out on the Internet, but the location did not have internet connection ( as is the situation in the mountains of western NC). I left the trailer and phoned them on Monday, but no one has gotten back to me. Pete

Mark BI only had my truck for an hour and a half and it was $78.00....so that $29.95 a day is totally misleading. My experience was good, but I wouldn't do it again if I could help it because of the cost.
