Ceasar BUnprofessional behavior from staff, when asked to drive my car up the ramp on the trailer the worker/ owner responded “I’m supposed to charge u 20 dollars for that but I didn’t, this why you can’t be nice to mfs” I asked for the corporate number to file a complaint and he replied “you don’t need the number I’ll call from my phone” then proceeded to hand me his phone. I declined and stated I’ll send an email instead which I still intend to do. Overall they made the beginning of my move very stressful and I would not recommend this location to any one. 0/10.

RANELL VGood location for a Uhaul rental. The facility hours was to open at 8:30, my pickup was at 8:30. I waited well over 20 minutes until an attendant opened the facility. Otherwise the process was went well.. Better customer service is required and punctuality would better improve this facility
