To improve for the next customer you can provide trucks that are not rusty, noisey, and doesn't rattle at every bump. You could improve your after hours drop-off process. The uhaul after hours return app is awkward and difficult to use, resulting in a $20 charge if the customer can't upload and use it. It is interesting that they check out app worked so well and return app doesn't. If you allow customers to rent for a return after hours, it is incumbent upon you to better facilitate that process.
