I inadvertently notice the dent on the truck along with 5 other scratches, but assumed that the company was aware of them. The truck also had a smell of marijuana in it,. Therefore, I did not bring the indentations and the scratches to the attention of Sales Person. After I left the premises I received and notice the text stating I should check the truck myself before leaving the premises, which the Sales Person did not make me aware of the procedures while at the site. Consequently, when I returned the associate immediately went to the dent and accused me of causing it, which I did not . As a result, it s my contention that i should receive a refund on my card because I did not cause the indentions 2) the sales Person did not review the truck in my presences and 3) I did not receive the text about checking the truck and apprising the company of any flaws until after I had gone from the premises . I had a very bad experience with this company and will never rent again from them and felt the sales person was very unprofessional, con artist, liars, skeemers and crooks.
