Never rented went to other locations with family members before but this location will make you want to come back. My first time renting and will always rent from this location.

Sparkle SThis location gives no information when you come in to check out and placed insurance on my account when I declined it online also charged me for an extra day when the vehicle was back the previous day at approximately 7 PM when my checkout was 10 o’clock a.m. the following day and tried to charge me for a cleanup fee for dust and leaves. They claim when the vehicle is parked under a tree with the overhead door up. This is establishment needs to be removed from the U-Haul business. Also, the vehicle needs a front end alignment immediately the steering wheel goes from left to right the entire time you’re driving it so you have to control the steering wheel with effort. I’ve rented before, and this was a nightmare from this establishment, giving U-Haul a bad reputation.
