The place where I had to return the vehicle was closed at the time I arrived and I had a problem removing the device where I transported my personal vehicle, so I had to move to another office so it could be removed from the truck where the move was going.

Nicolas PYou ask about the location and the guy there was super helpful and the issues isn’t with the location. That said, for a brand like U-Haul I would have expected a little better overall. Truck only had 18k miles and drive was if it had a lot more; no USB ports to charge the phone so one can’t use GPS bc it’s unsafe to look down at your phone when you can hear the directions over the speakers; no cruise control so getting on a longer trip is extremely painful: utility doily was missing. I spoke to the regional manager on the phone that did assist me with checking in via the app, which was great, however, I have tried to send him feedback via text since and no response. Not my best experience with U-Haul that’s for sure, and have used you all many times. Daniel Stier
