Deerfield thrift was closed. Even though hours were posted as open the store was not. Had to do after hours drop off which was a hassle. Then I was charged $6,75 extra for fuel when I returned it with the same exact fuel as when I rented it.

Narshika CMy experience with U-Haul was extremely disappointing. When I called the pickup location for assistance, the staff was completely unhelpful and unable to provide meaningful support. The pickup location itself was in an area that felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the drop-off experience was even worse. The location was difficult to find, the drop box was not clearly marked, and the entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed. What should have been a simple rental experience turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal from start to finish.
