Truck was dirty. Mechanically not sound at speeds above 40 mph. I only used the truck for one trip when I realized it was not sound and returned it and was not comfortable continuing to use it. I would request a partial refund of my payment. Thank you.

vanessa pI rented the truck and a few furniture to help my move out (dolly, cloths) and when I open the truck was empty, make my move out so much harder!!
Sergio LWe wanted an in person experience, not a remote/on line pickup. The store was not open mid afternoon, as we tried to go the day before to handle needed pick up information. We would not have been able to remotely pick up the truck had it not been for Patty, the agent that we reached for assistance via phone call. She walked us through every step and we can't thank her enough.
