Rented a small trailer one way to take some furniture out to my daughter. It had mud and gravel on the fenders from the previous user and had not been swept out. One of the tail lights was dim. Agent struggled a bit to get it onto my hitch (with my help) hooked up the chains and lights and assured me all was well. I noticed on the drive that my gas mileage was unusually low. I understand that a trailer adds some drag and I expected lower miles per gallon, but this was less than half of what I usually get. I discovered when I turned it in on the other end that the tires were significantly low on air. I probably should have checked them myself, but that's what I'm paying the U-Haul dealer to do.

Myles RRenting a U-Haul and moving are already complicated annoying tasks. You would think you can count on you all to make that task, simple and easy, but Mr. Rusty had different plans for me and so did u haul. My reservation was completely wrong, and I was given trouble every step of the way, not to mention the severity of Rusty‘s rudeness and trying to guilt trip me about extending the Reservation I had already requested before hand for 3 days, it was very hard to communicate with and he hung up on me. This person does not know customer service at all and frankly making U-Haul look horrible because after using U-Haul all over the country things to this experience I probably will never use U-Haul again.
HUNTER HHad to do everything on my own. The lady working had no clue how to do anything for UHaul. Had to even do all the hook ups and talk to a uhaul rep on the phone because the woman working had no idea what to do.

allen rFirst, I wanted a closer location to myself, but nobody called me to discuss any change of plans or problems with my reservation. I just received a text the morning before that I had to go an extra 20 minutes out of my way, on twisty/ turny roads to get to it. That's on U-Haul/ requested store. Then, upon arriving, the lady at the register had to call the owner of the store to make sure she didn't screw it up. After 2 attempts, she ended up calling U-Haul directly to get me going. It took over a half an hour for the whole process. I was now running nearly an hour behind on my original plan. The cab of the truck hadn't been cleaned or even vacuumed in a while. Someone's crumbs were still in the holding area on top the dash.
Daniel SWell it wasn’t where I got the uhaul it was uhaul it’s self first the place I reserved the uhaul from didn’t have it then sent me to a location that cost me a extra 50 miles then when I got the uhaul it didn’t have a moving truck/ dolly so it made it hard to move a lot of my things and hard to find someway of getting one
