Milton GI was never told there was a mileage restriction to shut vehicle and I would need to pay $1 per mile I went over, this is something that should be made clear to every customer, not pleased that this was never brought to my attention until I returned it and had to pay the fee.

PATRICK BI couldn't be happier with the pickup location, they were very professional, helpful and friendly. Would use them anytime I need future vehicle service. As for the Uhaul end of it, the vehicle had seen it's better days. It had 157,000 hard miles on it, the radio didn't work and it sounded like a hooptie when accelerating. I'm a retired firefighter with an extensive history of driving larger vehicles this one floated all over the road. With the miles and condition of this vehicle I sure wouldn't be comfortably loading it up and heading out on a longer distance move. My use was local and it did the job but definitely not the usual Uhaul quality I've had in the past.

BEN ZI thought I had added the right amount of gas as required. But I saw they added six gallons for $29.00. That's roughly five dollars a gallon. Gas in the area is selling for $3.40. Where did they get the gas, California?
frank pI’ve rented U-Haul vehicles for the past 10 years for my business. This was a new location for me because I recently moved- The owner was wonderful, in working things out, so I could keep the vehicle a little longer because my car broke down and I thought that it was better to keep the vehicle for a week as opposed to two separate rentals for the two weekends- he also took personal interest in driving me back to where my car was being repaired. When my rental was done I did appreciate that and will definitely use this location again for my future rentals !

Ronnie AIt really sucks that you have to take my personel information and put it on the internet. especially my licence #. And I know that u haul says its secure, but that is bullshit. So if you are hacked I get screwed. so if I gotta do it again, I won't rent from u haul any more. From one who haas been hacked before.
Tom SThe app was the only issue it would not find my location properly for me to get my rental. Then it didn't work correctly to return the vehicle. When you are renting from a after hour facility there should be a way around the location verification in the app, also it didn't take the pictures for drop off and didn't finish the process. Again should be another alternative method to verify the rental was returned.

Ursula TMy biggest issue was with the mobile reservation system. I couldn't check in with the mobile system because Uhaul would not recognize my location via my cellphone despite being in the parking lot of Degroff Properties LLC. Fortunately, the store/auto repair business at this Uhaul pick-up location was still open and was able to help get me on my way. I didn't have a couple of issues with the truck I rented as several of the interior components were broken or didn't function as intended. Overall, the condition of the equipment was not critical and I was able to finish my move successfully. I will certainly use this Uhaul location again in the future if required. Degroff Properties has a large lot with many options available to potential equipment renters and the location is convenient.

Donald kThe contract was changed and I did not realrealize the changed and cost me a few hundred more than i was quoted by the vender . Very disappointed over all with U haul . How ever MMarysville Car Care was awesome people to work with . Not sure if i will be back Uhaul left a bad taste in my mouth !! And didnt seem to care and i have been doing business with them for over 10 years on a wekly , monthly basis !!!

robert dWe asked about the condition of tires as they didn’t look good and we’re told they were fine. They also if we hadn’t shown up early were going to give it to someone else as my husband was the next in line with our reservation. Extremely poor management on the U-Haul rentals! It cost us downtime of almost 5 hours as all tires were bad which caused us to miss our first stop at friends that then cost us a hotel bill not to mention eating time into our rental period…. When we called they just told us to call roadside assistance… I would never, ever rent a U-Haul through these people We did take insurance and U-Haul not the place we got it from was very good! But the people renting it out were the worst! I’d say stay away from them and will inform my friends! We received no compensation for having to incur the hotel fee or the loss of almost 5 hours. I’d seriously think about renting a trailer!!!
Jim KThe truck wasn’t in the original pick up area. We had to go to another and then mobile app did not recognize the pick up. It took us 2 hours to finally get the truck with a rep manually walking me thru it. Then the movers we used thru U-Haul - no showed. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend using you guys again.
