gene bOur Uhaul pick up experience was a disaster. We were called the night before pickup saying our uhaul was going to be 15 minutes late due to the previous renter not dropping it off until 8:30 am at a different location, so they needed time to move our truck to the location we scheduled pick up at. Day of pick up, we were then told we had to drive 20 minutes to a different location as the truck was never brought down. We had all of our friends and family meeting us to move and we had to leave ro go pick up a truck out of our way. We were then told on the phone a discount was going to be applied for the inconvenience. We followed the directions from the address provided to the new location, which then took a us to the wrong location. After many more phone calls we were told the location for pick up was the opposite direction then what we were originally told. We arrived at the location only to be told that the systems were down and they were not able to pull up our reservation. They told us to download the uhaul app and "sometimes the app works better". We filled out all of the information in the app for it to still not work. Only by our request was the 800 number called for more help and we were able to be checked in that way. The discount we were told about was never applied. We will be finding a different company for all moving purposes going forward.

TERRY HI recommend to take pictures of the gas and truck before and after. I have heard several horror stories and seems not all are hear say.
KATLYN SI had to have a tire replaced on the car hauler trailer. The tire had a nail in it. I would recommend that the dealer check all tire lug nuts for proper torque and tires checked for proper pressure before customer picks up. The check out experience was excellent however. The people helping me were very friendly and courteous.

PAMELA BI worked with Noah and Ben in the process of renting the trailer and they were so helpful and very friendly! It was nice to pick up from a local shop where the people are there to truly serve YOU. They made sure all my questions were answered and gave me a rundown of the trailer, etc. Definitely would recommend this location!
