No one was present at the location. I got varying information between phone numbers available at the site and contacting U-Haul directly. The equipment I had reserved was on-site and ready to go, but my day was pushed back by a little while trying to figure out whether I could take the equipment or not and then after the equipment had been dropped off I had to return to the site because U-Haul/the site manager did not communicate I would have to submit pictures when I was done, costing me another 30-45 minutes of my time.

So I had to make another reservation and the place that I was going to pick it up didn’t do there job so i had to wait till the next day and y’all didn’t do anything about it and y’all want a good review and I was not very happy of what happened.
Curtis WCalled 12 hours before I was supposed to pick up 15' truck. Said only option was to drive 1.5 hours to Uvalde to pick it up after hours. Got there, no truck in my name. Total headache. Took an hour to get a hold of someone on the phone. Only good was the manager who reached out after and the person who found me a solution.
