I'd booked the trailer about a week before pickup for pickup in Saskatoon. I was very upset when I got a phone call the day before pickup saying I now had to drive all the way to Delisle just to pick up the trailer. Some compensation for that would have been greatly appreciated, or at least an earlier heads up would have been much nicer.
Ryan A.It was a Hassel to rent thus equipment as I wanted to rent it earlier and then got a phone call to rent a different trailer and had to drive farther to pick it up. This equipment was not reserved as the site told me and had to wait to rent it 2 days before the date tat I needed it.

SHAWN G.First of all, when it's -45 with the wind chill, have the lot shovelled out so I (the customer) don't have to shovel out a uhaul for an hour and a half while feeezing.

chelsey T.I had excellent support over the phone by the uhaul support person from Wilson's who helped me find a trailer in Delisle but once I got to Delisle to rent the trailer (early so that I could get the paperwork done and get back to the Home Depot), I felt like I was very much in the way as a uhaul renter from the Delisle Esso. There were three workers at the esso and they seemed to prioritize the other customers who arrived after me, with one clerk using the clock as his reason for making me wait. I understand that their esso/pizza/ice cream customers are important but I was also a customer. The clerk looked at the clock and said I was early and he made sure that I did not leave with the trailer from the site one minute early. I felt very unimportant. I felt in the way. I returned the trailer at wilson's about 6 hours later without incident.
Michelle P.They were not very knowledgeable about the services. They insisted that I completely fill the vehicle. They were unaware of the return it in the same state as I received it in. The language barrier was very frustrating. I prepaid for the use of the van for the miles as well as a cash deposit which they kept. Terrible experience dealing with this location
