Everything good
GAGANDEEP DEverything good , Good people
ANTONY BGood service
ANTONY BVan was old and dated. Hard location to access. Van had a low tire warning and the key would stick. But otherwise the van worked great.
WILLIAM MIt was hard to find where to enter and took some wandering around time to get it. No one was manning the gated entrance.
HAROLD RMore obvious signing and info on the website so that people know specifically where to go when they arrive at the pickup location.
DYLAN CDifficult to find. Not the usual UHaul positive pick up and drop-off experience.
LINDA BWas just a drop yard so could be weird after hours I don’t know
WENDY MLocation is basically in an alleyway, with a closed gate. We had to call the phone number to have someone let us in and the person on the line was barely intelligible
Scott ZLocation was difficult to navigate. Even though I called to confirm the truck was there, the workers did not have extra equipment moved out of it and had to move other vehicle for me to get the truck out.
Lance GHard to find, gate was closed. Just not a great location and minimally helpful.
KELLY MVacuum out nail trimmings from the cupholders
DMITRY WBarely any signage, super unhelpful and rude people, no clear instructions on how to get in.
Griffen RThe location is kinda sketchy but the dude who runs helped me a lot. I had an erroneous fuel charge that he helped me fix too. I was a bit worried because like I said the place is in a suspect location, but all was good. I had my reservation and was happy. Thanks.
ANTHONY SAwful location in a random industrial parking lot. Employees were noncommunicative and barely spoke English. I was double charged and plan to dispute 2nd invoice.
Joseph MThe drop off location was basically a gravel parking lot with a small metal office building. I likely would not rent from this site, but was okay for a return. The individual that assisted me was excellent.
Fred JCLEAN THE VEHICLES...DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT...INSIDE-NOT VACUUM, DASHBOARD DIRTY, WINDOWS DIRTY, CUP HOLDERS DIRTY, SIDE DOORS DIRTY WITH TRASH, CARGO BAY TRASH AND DIRTY, TRASH AND DIRT BEHIND SEATS TRASH AND DIRTY, FLOORS DIRTY WITH OLD LIQUID SPILLS PRESENT, SOME EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLE INSTRUMENTS NOT WORKING, WAS NOT GIVEN GATE CODE TO GET IN WHEN STAFF NOT PRESENT..FINALLY VEHICLE GAS TANK WAS NOT FULL...
ANTHONY LLocation just collects and sends out trucks. Trash in can and cargo, front end was too dirty to see through the glass. Truck was tightly packed and difficult to back out between non uhaul trucks and uhauls vehicles
wayne kMy reservation was 40 minutes late because the keys weren’t in the lockbox and there was no employee in sight. I had to call three different numbers just to get the keys to the rental van. I was promised a credit and never received it. Overall it was a horrifying experience.
Chase HThe return instruction was not clear and the attendant was not at the location when I returned. U-Haul ended up me charging me for 4 days instead of 1 day and now I have to dispute the charge.
Joshua CI have used UHaul a lot myself or helped friends with Uhaul and never had any bad experiences but Denver Truck Parking was by far THE WORST experience I've ever had, not only with renting Uhual equipment but any equipment rental I've ever done. Not only were they entirely unresponsive to questions, but the number listed to call them which Uhaul gives out doesn't even go to the person at Denver Truck Parking who manages the Uhaul equipment. It goes to some random person who keeps telling you over and over again "I don't handle this, just hold on and the person who does will call you." No calls ever came ever after 40 minutes and three calls back to this same random person. Even after doing the online check in process to rent the equipment Denver Truck Parking still cancelled my reservation after I picked up the truck which then forced me to spend 2 hours on chat with Uhaul's 24/7 Truckshare team (who were very helpful), but that's still unnecessary time I didn't need to spend as a result of Denver Truck Parking's incompetence. It probably means very little but I would highly recommend dropping Denver Truck Parking as a Uhual Neighborhood Dealer because their actions reflect very poorly onto Uhaul as a whole. I'm honestly ashamed that any portion of the money I spent to rent equipment went back to Denver Truck Parking.
David KGive more than a 50.00 credit when you rent a dirty Uhaul that smells of urine and it was filthy with food crumbs in the passenger seat and on Empty.
Erika BThe employees were not at the location on time for pickup or drop off. When they did arrive, they were having computer/reservation issues. They did not have the moving pads I reserved which made moving more difficult. The way the charges worked was confusing and I think I ended up paying for a couple things I didn’t actually get/use. Their office wasn’t clearly marked and it’s in an industrial area. As a woman, it didn’t feel particularly safe to wait in that area for the employee to arrive. At check out, it was trying to charge me for gas, when I had returned it at the appropriate and agreed upon gas level. The employee delayed calling the manager to fix the issue which resulted in my waiting there for 20 extra minutes
Evelyn Ropened 30 min. late.
Daniel MIt took about 25 minutes for the attendant to check things out so I could take the truck (mostly because he was on a personal phone call the whole time). The truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas so it was good I didn't have to drive far. When I returned the truck, I made the mistake of not taking a picture of the gas gauge to prove that I had refilled the tank to the original level. When I arrived to drop off the truck, the attendant was again on a personal call just sitting in the cab of the truck until I came and stared at him until he got off the phone. The attendant told me everything was checked out and I left, thinking he would have mentioned a problem (and because I knew I refilled the gas tank). I should not have trusted that because I later received a charge for a quarter tank of gas, even though I had returned it to that level before I dropped it off. After a long conversation with U-Haul, I finally received a refund for the gas but the whole experience at this lot was unprofessional. Make sure you take pictures of the truck and the gas gauge!
Michelle PTank was at empty with yellow light on when I picked up the truck. Interior of the truck was dirty with some powder spilled all over the dash and in cup holders, empty wrappers in back of truck. Truck was double parked in behind a person’s vehicle and I was to just ‘get it out carefully’. Terrible experience
James DHave someone available at the entrance for guidance on where to park the Uhaul. The guy wanted us to back in this trailer into a spot fit for a compact car. He had to do it for us. There was no evidence that we returned the trailer--no drop off receipt. He just took a photo of the license plate. It was a huge dirt parking lot with all sorts of vehicles, trailers and trucks. Then, Uhaul called us four times to confirm our drop off. In hindsight, we should have called the drop off place to tell them we were bringing in the trailer a day early. So it is partly our fault but we never had trouble before this bringing in a Uhaul early.
Charles JThe worst rental experience ever! The truck rented was adequate but of average condition. The rental process was slow cumbersome and by default rude and somewhat insulting. When a customer is blamed for a slow network when trying to download data at a remote location with no onsite WiFi access, it is rude and insulting. Based on this experience even at a more costly rate (within reason), I would chose a competitor.
Gregory WI was charged for dolly, moving blankets that were not on the truck. I paid $90 for 2 hours and 5 miles of use and I’m going to dispute the charges.
matthew gNo services available, needed the hitch ball reversed and an anti-rattle device. Had to drive to the U-Haul on Havana.
