When I first arrived to the address provided, there was an entry gate closed with nobody to check-in with to get into the yard and get the trailer. I attempted calling the phone number associated with the UHaul location and the number was out of service. I called the 800-UHAUL number for assistance when the yard attendant finally showed up. He was very friendly and helpful ensuring I had the proper trailer and blankets I had reserved. He helped me attach the trailer and provided me his cell phone number in the event I had any issues and to notify him when I was returning the trailer later that evening. He was not available when I brought the trailer back, however he provided a code to get through the security gate and put the trailer back from where I received it. I did as asked (and checked-in the trailer online providing pictures, etc). The final issue I had was that there were no chock blocks to secure the trailer wheels from rolling. After I detached the trailer from my truck and began taking pictures and opened the back of the trailer, it began to roll forward and nearly collided with my pickup bumper. For safety and liability reasons, I strongly recommend chock blocks be provided particularly when a customer has to solely detach a trailer without any assistance.

We had a reservation for 8:00, but no one was there to open the gate until 8:45. We had no instructions for how to open the gate and find the keys until someone came. Very disappointing.
Carl KA better description would be helpful on how to find the "rental counter" at this location. It is a big parking lot with (2) shipping containers at the entrance. There are no markings on either of the containers indicating to customers where to check in and receive keys. We drove around the whole lot looking for our truck, then sat in front of one of the storage containers trying to fill out all the fields online for our rental. After we knocked on the doors of both containers, a man finally came out to help us. He mentioned he could see us on his survelliance camera, but couldn't be bothered to come outside to help us. He knew what time our rental period started, but didn't answer the door to the container right away. Was he sleeping?
MELANIE PFriendly staff, great customer service, clean truck that was easy to drive. Recommend 2 improvements: 1. Update phone number in system, published number did not connect and had to go through central Uhaul. 2. Provide better instructions on fence/security access when picking up truck.
Peter LWhere to begin. I turned up promptly for my 9:00am pick-up, with nobody to be seen anywhere in the lot. I called the number provided multiple times - nothing. I banged on the door of what appeared to be an office - still unsure what it was. After about 15mins, a disheveled guy who looked like he’d either just woken up or just smoked a bowl asked me if I had a 9:00am appointment. He took me to the truck, then told me he had to fill it with air, so I waited again, until finally leaving at about 9:45am. I didn’t see him again until 7:00pm after waiting about 20mins and honking multiple times for him to again, either wake up or finishing puffing, to let me in the gate, which for some reason didn’t open. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.
