Nous remplissons un formulaire de pré-location qui prend déjà beaucoup de temps à remplir pour devoir tout refaire avec l'employé sur place. Ce dernier nous a interrompu à trois reprises pour répondre à d'autres clients. Les 15 premières minutes de ma location payée sont donc passées sans que je n'utilise le camion. Je ne pense pas faire de nouveau affaire avec U-Haul.

Feedback on Service & Safety Concerns Hello, I want to share some important feedback regarding my recent experience with your franchise. Your business model has strong potential, but it clearly requires better training for staff. A successful future for U-Haul will come from digital experiences combined with well-trained personnel. Unfortunately, the franchise I dealt with provided no support and showed a lack of proper training. The trailer itself was extremely heavy (at least 200 pounds) and I had to manage it entirely on my own. More concerning, the trailer was not secured with a stopper or any safety measure. When I lifted it slightly, it immediately started rolling forward. I personally had to stop a trailer weighing roughly 2,500 pounds from hitting my car or rolling away. This is not just an issue of poor customer service — it’s a serious safety risk. Without proper training and secure processes at the franchise level, customers are being put in dangerous situations. I strongly recommend U-Haul reviews training, safety protocols, and accountability at this location. Better digital support and proper staff training will make the customer experience safer and more professional. Thank you, David

guy pLa remorque a bien roulé, mais un bris non réparé dans un coin inférieur a occasionné une infiltration d'eau à l'intérieur et mouiller le matériel qui ne devait pas être en contact avec de l'eau.
Christian DJe suis l'ancien AFM, j'ai du leur montrer comment le POS fonctionne. SVP faire suite afin de fournir la formation à votre dealer. J'ai du faire la transaction à leur place à 2 reprises.
