CHARLES Bla couette de fils était brisé , mon conjoint la vue en allant chercher le trailleur, il a du prendre une couette de fils chez nous pour la changer avant de partir avec le trailleur 5 x 8 . Le personnel la-bas était tres gentil par contre . Mais l'entretien laisse a désirer .
mario bVous devriez mieux informer les préposés des étapes à suivre. Quand on a retourné la remorque, on lui a demandé si on devait faire quelque chose de particulier et il a dit non. Pourtant quand je suis allé sur votre application j ai vu qu il y avait un processus à suivre pour le retour !
