This is the most ghetto-looking car rental I've ever been to. It looked extremely shady, and I will never book from there again. The truck was half full with gas, and I've witnessed another person taking delivery of a truck with only a quarter of a tank. To top it all off, the blankets I rented clearly spent all night outside exposed to the elements and humidity.
Extremely poor experience overall.

Bonjour, je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que le responsable ( propriétaire ) photographie mes cartes ( permis et crédit ) , de nos jours la cyber criminalité est à son maximum et il peux transférer mes informations dans le monde entier en un seul clic, il devrait avoir un terminal u-haul comme j'ai vu dans d'autre place de location u-haul

Phone agent could be a little more friendly. I asked about the mileage to go pick the truck up and back home because no trucks were available close to me. She just basically said it wasn't her fault if no trucks were available and so we had to eat the kilometers.
At pickup, the agent was excellent and covered us.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de ma location car le camion avait un bris mécanique et mes gars ont gelés d’’avoir attendu le remorqueur durant 6h je les paye 50 dollars de l’heure et j’ai mis 40 dollars d’essence pour rien et j’ai dû les payer le lendemain pour vider le camion un autre 4h. Pour toute ces raisons, je demande un remboursement en totalité soit le montant de 108.12 sinon je vous ferai une mauvaise réputation. Merci
