The person that served me (Hill) was very plessant and efficient starting with my phone call to reserve, to the pick-up activity to the final closure of the transaction by explaining every detail of cost and what is my responsibility. The truck in question requires some attention though in the general cleanliness of the cab area. I did not mention this concern to Hill but I did mention about the ride quality being a bit bouncy especially on our famous road conditions. I have had better U-Haul trucks in the past with a smoother ride. Other than these to issues I found the consumption fair for a truck this size.

LAURENT SThe service was good, but my main concern was the cleanliness of the vehicule. It's one thing to have a layer of dust in the driver's cabin, but there was a big stain of oil in the middle of the loading section - like unavoidable. I had to lay a big blanket to avoid damaging my items with oil.
